I build brands that refuse to be ignored.

Hi babe, I’m MJ <3

I’m a creative director, brand strategist, and lifelong rebel. I’ve been self-employed for over 16 years, started my first ‘real’ business at 20, and somehow turned a very non-linear, very unconventional creative career into something sustainable, successful, and deeply fulfilling.

I’ve built businesses out of necessity, curiosity, and sheer stubbornness. I’ve supported my family as a single parent, co-founded a creative venue, worked across industries, and worn just about every hat you can imagine — designer, photographer, strategist, marketer, operator, creative director, problem-solver.

What all of that taught me is how quickly things fall apart when your work no longer reflects what you care about.

CONJUR exists for women who’ve built something real but no longer recognize themselves inside it. The ones who are capable, smart, and talented — but quietly exhausted by brands that don’t reflect who they are.

If you’re here, you’re probably feeling that too.

How it’s done:

I don’t follow trends or force frameworks. I combine strategy, structure, design, and my own sharp AF intuition to dig into your identity. Then, we build up from there.

  • We start by stripping away what’s performative, inherited, or outdated. This is where patterns surface, misalignment becomes obvious, and the real reason things feel “off” finally gets named.

This isn’t surface-level insight. It’s the kind of truth that immediately changes how you see your brand purpose, and yourself inside it.

  • Once the truth is clear, everything else gets reorganized around it.

Messaging, offers, structure, positioning. We make decisions that support who you are now, not who you were when this business first started.

This is where things stop feeling scattered and start making sense again.

  • This is where identity becomes tangible. Visuals, website, language, and assets are designed to accurately reflect the work you do and the woman behind it.

Your brand should feel like your own unique fingerprint in an oversaturated world.

  • We bring it into the world cleanly and intentionally. No frantic posting. No forced hype. Just a brand that lands clearly because it’s rooted in YOUR truth.

From here, showing up feels easier because you’re no longer trying to hold something together that feels fake.

But…why me?

I've lived the complexity you're in

I've built, pivoted, failed, and rebuilt creative businesses in real life. That lived experience means I can spot where things break down before they blow up.

I see patterns other people miss

I notice the gaps between what you say, what you sell, and what you actually do. Then I translate that mess into structure and messaging that has you saying “Omg, I never had the words before but this is SO IT.”

I tell you the truth

This only works if we're honest. I won't blow smoke up your ass or shove you into the industry standard. I'll name what's broken, why it's broken, and how to fix it without making you feel like shit.

I care about your real life

Your business isn't separate from your nervous system or your bank account. I build brands that support the life you want and the woman you're becoming, not just this week's online trends.

Love Notes

My clients don't just walk away with a pretty brand.
They walk away saying things like:

“Nobody has ever seen my vision like this”
“The fire is lit inside me again!”
“You healed something in me."
“You make me believe anything is possible."

That's not the work talking. That's what happens when someone finally feels seen, understood, and guided into the version of themselves they've been trying to reach.
